Our team of professionals have extensive experience in the New Zealand health recruitment industry along with extensive knowledge in international jobs, particularly in the fields of mental health nursing, registered nursing and midwifery. We also have a sound understanding of the roles of ODPs.

Our New Zealand based office ensures easy access for registered international mental health nurses, registered nurses, midwifes and ODPs arriving into New Zealand.

One of our friendly team members below will work closely with yourself and the many health providers throughout New Zealand to find the right placement for you.

Introducing the team:

Kate Nattrass
I am a founding director of Tonix Health Recruitment. I registered as a general nurse before travelling overseas and working within the private and national health system in the United Kingdom. When I returned to New Zealand I worked in the community and studied in commerce. I work mostly with registered nurses, midwives, anaesthetic technicians to find suitable employment in New Zealand. Our family loves the tramping opportunities that are on our doorstep and are huge advocates of New Zealand and what it offers everyone.

Linda Sevier
I am one of the directors of Tonix Health Recruitment really enjoy meeting and working with you and helping you realise your dream of coming to New Zealand. My background is as a registered nurse, and I work mainly with mental health nurses and general registered nurses. I am based in Christchurch, living on a small lifestyle property with my husband enjoying the space and freedom and my horse riding. I have two grown sons. As a child I lived in various countries so I fully understand how it feels to move to a new country and a new culture.

Virginia Rhodes
As a  Director of Tonix as well as a recruitment consultant I provide advice and assistance to registered nurses from round the world. I work with all specialty areas with a particular focus on mental health.

I have three school aged children and live by the sea 20 minutes from Christchurch city. We enjoy the balance of work and play with surf, land and snow at our doorstep.   

Anne-Marie Grigg
I am Anne-Marie, I am based in  London where I will work as a Tonix Recruitment/ Liaison Officer.

I have moved internationally twice before with my husband and 2 children so can fully understand what an international move entails. I have a strong administrational background and have worked with many diverse nationalities whilst living in Tonga and Singapore. While we will miss the wonderful lifestyle New Zealand offers we are looking forward to another exciting chapter in our lives residing in the United Kingdom.  I am particularly looking forward to this exciting role with Tonix and the opportunity to work with people who want to move to New Zealand.
